NOTE: Presentations are encouraged to be in English, but Spanish (Latin American) or Portuguese are also welcome, provided that the slides are in English.

Important Dates for submission of Thematic sessions

2026-05-20: Start of the submission period.

2026-07-30: End of the submission period.

2026-08-30: Publication of the accepted sessions.

The submission must consist of an abstract with 150-250 words, as well as the title, the authors, and up to 5 keywords.

• Registration does not need to be paid at the time of submission of the Abstract.

• Registration of the responsible author of accepted works in the event must be paid by 2026-11-10 to guarantee the inclusion of the work in the final schedule.
