Rules and guidelines for the submission of Thematic Sessions, Contributed Talks and Poster Sessions.

This section describes rules and guidelines for submission of Thematic Sessions, Contributed Talks and Poster Session.

Submission type 01

Thematic Sessions

A thematic session proposal must contain:

  • Proponent's name;
  • Moderator's name, if he/she is not the proponent;
  • Full name of each speaker with their respective affiliations;
  • Title and abstract for each presentation (in English).

Note: Presentations are encouraged to be in English, but Spanish (Latin American) or Portuguese are also welcome, provided that the slides are in English. The sessions must have 3 or 4 speakers.

Important dates

  1. 2026-05-20Start of the submission period.
  2. 2026-08-06End of the submission period.
  3. 2026-08-30Publication of the accepted sessions.

Submission type 02

Poster Session

The submission must consist of an abstract with 150–250 words, as well as the title, the authors, and up to 5 keywords.

Further instructions

  • Abstracts must be written exclusively in English.
  • Presentations are encouraged to be in English, but Spanish (Latin American) or Portuguese are also welcome, provided that the posters are in English.
  • The responsible author must register on the event website before holding a submission.
  • Registration does not need to be paid at the time of submission of the Abstract.
  • The abstract (.pdf file) must be submitted exclusively through the website via the button "Submit for Poster Session" below.
  • Registration of the responsible author of accepted works in the event must be paid by 2026-11-10 to guarantee the inclusion of the work in the final schedule.

Submission type 03

Contributed Talks

The submission must consist of an extended abstract with 4–6 pages, as well as the title, the authors, and up to 5 keywords.

Important note: a work submitted as a contributed talk may be, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, accepted for poster presentation.
